TRAINING OF UPPER PRIMARY SCHOOL MATHEMATICS TEACHERS
NMC conducted a training of 876 Upper Primary School Mathematics Teachers in collaboration with Kaduna state SUBEB from the 22nd to 26th March, 2010. The teachers came from all over Kaduna state. The training held simultaneously in 3 senatorial districts Kaduna North, Kaduna South and Kaduna Central. 2 other organisations namely KadPoly Consult and Federal College of Education worked alongside NMC during the workshop.

NMC-ICMS-AMU-2009
In November 17-21 2003, the African Mathematics Union - International Conference of Mathematical Sciences (AMU-ICMS) presented medals to a group of promising young African Mathematicians.
The second edition of this award came up 8th-12th December, 2009

NMC-ANGAAD 2009
African Network for Geometry and Algebra Applied to Development & National mathematical Centre, Abuja Nigeria present a Workshop on Geometry and Algebra Applied to Development.
